Welcome to Because I Like Chocolate. My name is Mallory and as you may have guessed, I like chocolate. “Like” may be an understatement but we’ll go with it.
As a food writer and PhD candidate in clinical psychology, I think about food a lot. Whether it be from the perspective of promoting intuitive eating, or teaching people different ways to see food that don’t involve viewing eating as a hassle, my mandate is to help people develop healthier relationships with food. Not only do I try to do this through my writing, but I also work with clients directly to help facilitate this.
